Elizabeth Peters to receive Malice Domestic Lifetime Achievement Award!

Malice Domestic holds its annual convention in celebration of the traditional mystery Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 2 - 4, 2003 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia (just outside of Washington, DC).

Guest of Honor Barbara D'Amato and Toastmaster Parnell Hall head the list of noted authors and experts featured in panels, sessions, and special programming.

Barbara Mertz aka Elizabeth Peters will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award. In honor of our 15th anniversary, Malice Domestic is bringing back Agatha Christie as Ghost of Honor. The Agatha Awards - named for Agatha Christie - will be presented for Best Novel, First Novel, Non-Fiction, Short Story and Children's/Young Adult in the genre for the previous year.

Registration is $185 and entitles participants to access convention activities and cast their vote for the Agatha Awards (Register by January 4, 2002 and receive a discounted rate and the chance to nominate your favorite author for an Agatha Award).
